Gingerbreads have their own production process, so it is good to place your order in advance. Minimum 2 months. The whole production and preparation of gingerbread is done by hand. From dough making, baking,
decorate with royal icing or egg white frosting. And of course packing and shipping. So each gingerbread is original. When making gingerbread, I pay attention to quality. Everything I make, I make with love.
Gingerbread INGREDIENTS
Highest Quality Ingredients: Premium Wheat Flour, Pasteurized Eggs, Sugar, Natural Honey, Butter, Powdered Sugar, Mixed Spices, Cinnamon, Ground Cloves, Spices, Baking Soda, Cocoa Powder, Gingerbread Powder, Gel Color. Dye: E110, E122, E129, E102 may adversely affect children's activity or attention.
Gingerbreads, decorative champagnes and diaper cakes have their own production process, so it is good to place your order earlier. It takes 3-7 days for the order to be processed and shipped.
The time it takes me to prepare an order for shipment depends on the quantity of your order and the orders I already have. It is better to make your order as soon as possible. So that everything is ready and delivered on time.
Materials for diaper cake: diapers 4-10 kg, baby powder, baby body lotion, baby wipe, drinking cup, baby socks, muslin cloth, baby bib, Mickey Mouse or Minnie and decorations.
The content of this diaper cake consists of various baby products that are indispensable for the first weeks after birth for the baby, such as care products, pampers, toys, baby accessories and much more.
Materials for decorative champagnes: ribbons, lace, embellishments, soft paper. PLEASE NOTE: Embellishments may vary.
These decorative champagnes are for decoration only to make any occasion special.
Decorative champagnes have their own production process, so it is good to place your order in advance. The entire production and preparation of decorative champagnes and diaper tarts is done by hand.
It is better to make your order as soon as possible. So that everything is ready and delivered on time.
All items are handmade in the Netherlands and made to order so please contact me if you would like a custom design. The average delivery time for gingerbreads is 14 working days from order confirmation and payment being credited to the account.
This takes a lot of time and therefore it is possible that your order cannot be accepted because I no longer have space in my agenda.
A date specified by you when the order is delivered is binding, dates can no longer be moved because this space is not available in the agenda of Gingerbread and Gift.
For company with company logo, the minimum order quantity for individually wrapped cookies is 100 pieces per design.
The price depends on the difficulty of your logo.

Price
The price of our decorated gingerbreads depends on the desired shape, size and decoration of the gingerbread, the quantity ordered and the chosen packaging.

Shelf Life & Packaging
My gingerbreads are packed airtight in transparent bags (each or several at the same time). This way my gingerbreads are guaranteed to stay tasty and crispy and they will keep for three months.
Terms and Conditions
1. DEFINITION
In the general terms and conditions, the following terms have the following meaning:
a. Gingerbread and Gift
b. Client: a client is a legal entity that uses the services of Gingerbread and Gift.
2. ORDER
2.1 Placing orders: The client can place orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via www.peperkoekencadeau.nl.
2.2 Order terms: The client must place an order for gingerbreads, sets, decorative champagnes or diaper cakes preferably at least 14 working days (2 months - seasonal offer) prior to the desired shipping date. Due to our limited capacity, we can only schedule a few orders per day. It is therefore possible that we cannot accept an order because we do not have space in our agenda.
3. SEND
3.1 Shipment: We ship all orders via Post.NL (standard parcel post). Our gingerbreads (decorative champagne, diaper cake) are packed with the utmost care and therefore rarely break during shipping. Nevertheless, they remain extremely fragile and unfortunately we can no longer influence the treatment of our packages during shipment. Sending orders is therefore entirely at the risk of the client. Of course, orders can be sent or delivered by registered mail on request (and at an additional cost).
3.2 Delivery: When your order has been accepted by Gingerbread and Gift, a shipping date will be agreed in consultation. Measurements show that 95% of letterbox post and parcel post in the Netherlands is delivered the next working day. However, Post.NL and therefore Gingerbread and Gift cannot guarantee this! The day of shipment you will receive an email from Gingerbread and Gift containing a barcode of the package. You can check the shipping status of the package at http://www.tracktrace.nl.
Delivery takes place from Tuesday to Saturday. There are no deliveries on Mondays, Sundays and public holidays, including Queen's Day and New Year's Eve.
3.3 Delivery costs: We use the rates of Post.NL. The costs for delivery of parcel post up to 10 kg. within the Netherlands are € 7.50 including VAT.
3.4 Delivery: The order will be delivered to the shipping address specified by the client. Gingerbread and Gift cannot be held liable for orders that are incorrectly delivered or lost during shipping. When delivering to companies, delivery is made at the reception if there is one. Gingerbread and Gift are then no longer responsible for the internal delivery.
3.5 Transport risk: Damage caused to the order during shipment is at the risk of the client.
3.6 Payment: An order will only be shipped when we have received the full invoice amount on our account.
4. PRICES
All prices stated on the website www.peperkoekencadeau.nl include VAT and exclude any shipping costs. Prices are subject to printing errors and changes.
5. PAYMENT
5.1 Payment methods: After placing an order, we first send an order confirmation containing the agreements made about the order such as design, price, packaging, shipping date. The invoice will then also be sent by e-mail. The order is only final when this invoice has been paid. The invoice must in all cases be paid no later than 7 days before the desired delivery date. Orders placed through our webshop on Etsy can be paid directly via IDeal or by Credit card and/or Paypal. Here too, the order will not be processed until payment has been received by Etsy.

6. LIABILITY
6.1 Addressing/data: Gingerbread and Gift cannot be held liable for providing incorrect addresses and/or shipping dates.
6.2 Shipping date: Gingerbread and Gift cannot be held liable for delays in delivery or the loss of an order due to third parties such as PostNL.
6.3 Damage: Gingerbread and Gift are never liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of profit and trading loss. Gingerbread and Gift are only liable for direct damage in the event of a clearly demonstrable shortcoming. If Gingerbread and Gift should be liable for any damage, the liability is limited to a maximum of twice the invoice value of the order, at least to that part of the order to which the liability relates.
6.4 Allergies: Gingerbread and Gift use products such as cocoa, lactose, wheat, soy, nuts and gluten. Gingerbread and Gift are not liable for problems arising from this fact.
7. CANCELLATION
To cancel an order, the client must contact Gingerbread and Gift. This can be done via the contact form or via peperkoekencadeau@gmail.com. From 7 days before the desired shipping date, a refund of the order amount is no longer possible. Any costs incurred in the event of cancellation will be charged to the client.
Gingerbread and Gift is a one-man business. In the event of a calamity, an order may be cancelled.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, Gingerbread and Gift is unable to fulfill the order, you are entitled to a full refund.
When you cancel the order within 7 days prior to the delivery date, there is no longer any right to a refund.
8. CHANGES
To pass on a change to an order, the client must contact Gingerbread and Gift. This can be done via the contact form or via peperkoekencadeau@gmail.com. Gingerbread and Gift cannot guarantee that the order can still be changed. Changes are no longer possible from 7 days before the desired shipping date of the order. Any costs incurred will be charged to the client in the event of a change.
9. COMPLAINTS
To report a complaint, the client must contact Gingerbread and Gift. This can be done via the contact form or via peperkoekencadeau@gmail.com.
10. PRIVACY
Client data will not be passed on to other organizations for commercial purposes.
Gingerbread and Gift respects the privacy of all users of its site and handles your data with care. We guarantee that your personal information will be treated in confidence. The information we request from you is used to process the orders as quickly and carefully as possible. In all other cases we will only use your data with your permission. We do not sell your personal information to outside parties. Gingerbread and Gift is obliged to treat this personal information confidentially
11. PRODUCTS
Because all gingerbreads are traditionally baked and decorated by hand (decorative champagnes and diaper cakes), the shapes, colors and decorations of our products may differ from the products shown on our website www.peperkoekencadeau.nl. Gingerbread and Gift cannot be held liable for this.

It is not permitted to use these brands without the prior written permission of Gingerbread and Gift.
